Stage IV Testicular Cancer Seminoma type (Germ Cell Tumor, malignant) resolved in 3 months

Mr. Haikal had been experiencing discomfort in his testicles for the past two to three years but ignored it until the pain became unbearable, prompting him to see a doctor. He was immediately advised to undergo surgery at the end of August 2024.

The surgery revealed a Testicular Cancer Seminoma type (Germ Cell Tumor, malignant) that had spread to the lymph nodes and spermatic cord. A CT scan of the abdomen showed extensive metastasis to the lymph nodes in the pelvic and abdominal (para-aortic) regions, as well as fluid accumulation in the lungs. The cancer was confirmed to be at stage 4.

Mr. Haikal began using ECCT in early October 2024, without undergoing chemotherapy. After a few days of using the device, he noticed that the lower back pain, which usually recurred every two days, began to subside and only returned three weeks later during his scheduled treatment break.

After 3 months of ECCT in combination with one dose of chemotherapy divided into three sessions over three days, an ultrasound conducted one week after showed that the masses in his abdominal and pelvic cavities were no longer detectable, and the lung fluid had disappeared.

Mr. Haikal has continued using the ECCT device until now. A CT scan taken after 10 months of treatment showed only residual mass in the para-aortic region.
