Cancer Treatment Success Story: Seven months ago, at the age of over 90, Mrs. Ani was diagnosed with lung cancer. She also had a weakened heart, chronic kidney disease (Stage 3), and high blood sugar. Due to her advanced age and multiple medical conditions, the hospital focused on supportive care for her overall condition and referred her to palliative care and home-based medical visits.

Cancer Treatment Success Story

At the beginning of the year, Mrs. Ani experienced persistent shortness of breath. Her condition deteriorated significantly, she became bedridden and was no longer able to communicate. A CT scan revealed a mass in the right lung measuring 7.6 × 4.6 cm, along with additional masses in the left lung and pleural effusions on both sides. A biopsy could not be performed because of the risks associated with her age. Analysis of the pleural fluid showed chronic inflammation with no malignant cells detected. However, her CEA tumor marker was elevated at 9.4, above the normal reference value of less than 5.

As intensive treatment for the lung tumor was not considered suitable, her family looked for additional supportive options and decided to try ECCT as it's less invasive compared to conventional cancer treatment.

Mrs. Ani began using ECCT in early February. Within just a few weeks, she experienced what her family described as a rapid elimination response, including large amounts of thick white phlegm and mucus, increased urination with a strong odor, and dark, foul-smelling bowel movements.

As these elimination reactions subsided, Mrs. Ani gradually began to feel better. After one month of using ECCT, her shortness of breath had improved, chest pain had decreased, and her coughing became much less frequent. She had previously struggled with insomnia, but after one to two weeks of treatment, she was able to sleep soundly through the night.

Cancer Treatment Success Story

After three months of ECCT use, her blood test results were generally within normal ranges, including a normal hemoglobin level. Her shortness of breath and cough had largely resolved. A follow-up chest X-ray showed no visible fluid remaining in the lungs, and the masses that had previously been seen in both the right and left lungs were no longer visible on the X-ray. Her previously enlarged heart also appeared to have improved in size.

After five months of using the ECCT device, Mrs. Ani's overall condition remains relatively good. We sincerely hope her recovery continues and that she will keep improving in the months ahead.
